Refund policy
All Sales Final
Every P215 product is custom printed and made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or the wrong size or color being selected at checkout.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order. Sizing and color choices cannot be changed once an order is submitted to production.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@project215.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A photo of the shipping label/packaging if the item arrived damaged
Once we verify the issue, we will send a free replacement of the same item. Replacements are provided in place of refunds. We do not issue cash refunds for defective items unless a replacement is genuinely unavailable, in which case store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, cancellation requests must be sent to contact@project215.com as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered production.
Services
Custom services (web development, brand kits, merch and dropship automation, marketing, and retainers) are governed by the separate proposal or agreement provided for each project. Deposits and milestone or installment payments for services are non-refundable, as they cover work, time, and resources already committed to your project.
