Text Messages (SMS). By providing your phone number and opting in — whether at checkout, through a signup form on our website, or by texting us a keyword — you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Project 215 LLC at the number you provided. These messages may include order and shipping updates, promotions, new product announcements, and abandoned cart reminders. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email us at contact@project215.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use the phone numbers we collect only to send the messages described above and to provide customer support. Your phone number and text message data are processed through Klaviyo and our SMS service providers solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your text messaging opt-in information or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business — such as our payment processor (Shopify Payments), our print and fulfillment partner, our analytics and advertising tools, and our email and SMS platform — and only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
